What Salesforce editions are supported by Skype for Salesforce?

Skype for Salesforce will run on the Professional (Skype for Salesforce 2.0.0.20), Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Salesforce.

The required API's are only enabled by default in Enterprise and Unlimited. Professional users should contact Salesforce.com support to file a request to enable Call Center Edition prior to deploying Skype for Salesforce.

Users who have the Team Edition are not supported at this time and can not install Skype for Salesforce.
