Is Skype for Salesforce free?

Yes, Skype for Salesforce (Basic Edition) is freeware and may be used without any functional limitation. You may install the application on as many computers as you wish. The Skype EULA applies.

Skype for Salesforce (Premium Edition), scheduled for a release in summer, will provide additional productivity functions and will be available for a small monthly fee.
