System requirements for Skype for Salesforce

Following is required to install and run Skype for Salesforce.

  • Windows 2000 SP4, XP or Vista (32 or 64 bit)
  • Internet Explorer 6 or better
  • Salesforce account with CTI adapter enabled (free but till Summer 07 must be activated by Salesforce on your org).
  • Latest Skype (min. Skype 3.0)
  • Skype for Salesforce local client application (see stp 4 on http://www.PamConsult.com/sfdc/download.html)
