Welcome to the download page. Skype for Salesforce is provided completely free of charge. You may install Skype for Salesforce on as many computers as you want.

To use Skype for Salesforce you will need to perform at least two downloads. The first step is to install the Salesforce.com server side components. This is done by clicking the first link (new page will open). Then check your current Skype version and optionally download the latest Skype client version. The last step is the download of the local Skype connector application which connects the Salesforce.com server side components with the local Skype application.

Walk through the Customization Guide once to prepare your Salesforce organization. You will need this CTI connector configuration file to add the Skype CTI connector to your Salesforce users: Skype CTI connector XML.

Note: Skype for Salesforce only works with the Windows version of Skype.
